Terms of Service

These terms explain how you may use crypto-bulgaria.eu and how an enquiry becomes a professional engagement.

Last updated: 14 October 2026

Who operates this website

Crypto in Bulgaria is a website managed by International Legal Advice Center (ILAC), a Bulgarian non-governmental organisation, registration number 176397057. Registered office: 123 Knyaz Boris Str., 1000 Sofia, Bulgaria. Our correspondence address is 4 Saborna Str., 1000 Sofia, Bulgaria. Contact us at info@ilac.eu or +359 877 772 602.

These terms apply to use of this website. The identity of the professional or entity providing a particular legal, accounting or technical service, its fees and its responsibilities will be set out in a separate engagement agreement.

Information and professional advice

Our pages provide general information about crypto-related business, law and compliance. They are not a legal opinion on your particular circumstances, tax advice, an offer of regulated investment services, or a recommendation to buy, sell or hold a cryptoasset. A legal or regulatory position depends on the facts, the applicable jurisdiction and the law in force when advice is given.

Reading the website, sending an enquiry or receiving an initial response does not by itself create a lawyer–client relationship. We accept work only after any necessary conflict, identity and scope checks and agreement on the terms of engagement. Do not rely on an enquiry to protect a filing date, appeal deadline or limitation period.

Enquiries and confidential material

Please provide only the information needed to describe your enquiry. Do not send private keys, seed phrases, account passwords, identity documents or detailed confidential evidence through the initial contact form. If we need sensitive documents, we will agree an appropriate channel with you.

You are responsible for the accuracy of information you submit and for having authority to disclose information about another person or business. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal data received through this site.

Scope, fees and regulatory decisions

The service descriptions are an invitation to discuss your needs, not a binding quotation. Scope, deliverables, fees, disbursements, applicable taxes, deadlines and termination arrangements are agreed separately in writing. No payment is collected through this website.

A regulator, court, bank or other third party makes its own decisions. We do not guarantee authorisation, a favourable outcome, banking access, a particular timetable or commercial returns. Any estimates depend on complete information and the relevant procedure.

Acceptable use and intellectual property

You may read, share links to and download material for your own lawful informational use. You must not misuse the contact form, introduce malicious code, attempt unauthorised access, disrupt the site, impersonate others or use material in a misleading way.

Website text, design and other original material are protected by applicable intellectual-property law. Third-party marks and photographs remain subject to their respective owners’ rights. Except where law permits, obtain permission before republishing substantial material or using it commercially. Linking to a page does not imply endorsement or partnership.

Availability, links and responsibility

We aim to maintain useful and accurate content, but legal requirements and website content can change. We may correct, update or remove material and temporarily suspend the website for maintenance or security reasons. Check the date of any guidance and seek advice on your own circumstances.

Links to legislation, regulators and other websites are provided for context. We do not control their content or availability. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not responsible for loss arising solely from reliance on general website information or events beyond our reasonable control. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for fraud or intentional misconduct, or limits mandatory consumer rights. A professional engagement is governed by its separate agreement and applicable professional rules.

Applicable law, concerns and changes

Bulgarian law governs these website terms, without depriving consumers of mandatory protections available under applicable law. Any dispute is subject to the courts competent under applicable procedural and consumer rules. Please contact info@ilac.eu first if you have a concern so we can try to resolve it.

Changes take effect when published with an updated date. They do not retrospectively alter a separate signed engagement. If you do not accept the terms applicable to the website, please stop using it.
